โครงการนี้คือการประกวดราคาซื้อยา Raloxifene hydrochloride bo mg film coated tablet จำนวน ๑๕๐,๐๐๐ เม็ด เพื่อใช้ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยยาที่จะจัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน USP ในเรื่อง Identification, Assay, Uniformity of dosage units และ Dissolution รวมถึงข้อกำหนดด้านสิ่งเจือปน (Impurities) ต่างๆ ทั้ง Raloxifene related compound C, Any unspecified individual impurity และ Total impurities นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการกำหนดรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับ Finished product specification และ Drug substance specification ที่ต้องสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน USP รวมถึงข้อกำหนดด้านความคงตัว (Stability) ทั้ง Long term stability และ Accelerated stability ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดและยื่นเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องครบถ้วน
This project is a bidding for the purchase of Raloxifene hydrochloride bo mg film coated tablets, totaling 150,000 tablets, for use in hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health. The drugs to be purchased must have the technical specifications as specified in the TOR, such as compliance with USP standards for Identification, Assay, Uniformity of dosage units, and Dissolution, as well as requirements for various Impurities, including Raloxifene related compound C, Any unspecified individual impurity, and Total impurities. In addition, there are detailed requirements for Finished product specification and Drug substance specification that must comply with USP standards, as well as requirements for Stability, including Long term stability and Accelerated stability. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit all relevant documents.
