โครงการจัดซื้อลวดนำ (Guide wire) แบบใช้ครั้งเดียว ขนาด 0.035 นิ้ว ยาว 450 เซนติเมตร ปลายตรง สำหรับโรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า จังหวัดจันทบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้เป็นลวดนำทางในการใส่อุปกรณ์เพื่อตรวจวินิจฉัยท่อทางเดินน้ำดีและท่อตับอ่อน โดยลวดนำนี้จะต้องสามารถใช้ร่วมกับกล้องส่องตรวจระบบทางเดินอาหารที่โรงพยาบาลมีอยู่ได้ แกนลวดต้องทำจาก Nitinol ที่มีความแข็งแรงและยืดหยุ่น ไม่หักงอง่าย ส่วนปลายต้องยาวไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 เซนติเมตร ทำจาก Platinum หรือ Tungsten ทึบรังสี มองเห็นได้ชัดเจน และเคลือบด้วยสารหล่อลื่น ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องบรรจุในซองปราศจากเชื้อ มีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งาน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีตัวอย่างให้ทดลอง และได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล เช่น ISO, CE – Marks รวมถึงเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย

This project involves the procurement of a disposable guide wire, 0.035" x 450cm, with a straight tip, for Phrapokklao Hospital in Chanthaburi Province. The guide wire is intended for use in guiding instruments during diagnostic procedures of the bile and pancreatic ducts. It must be compatible with the hospital’s existing endoscopes. The guide wire’s core must be made of Nitinol, providing strength, flexibility, and kink resistance. The distal tip must be at least 4 cm long, made of radiopaque Platinum or Tungsten, clearly visible under fluoroscopy, and coated with a hydrophilic lubricant. The product must be packaged in a sterile pouch, have a shelf life of at least 1 year, and be brand new. Bidders must provide samples for testing and hold international certifications such as ISO and CE Marks, as well as be authorized distributors in Thailand.
