โครงการกำจัดขยะแบบบูรณาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาขยะมูลฝอยตกค้างประมาณ 10,000 ตัน ในพื้นที่เกาะเต่า จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ โดยจะดำเนินการขนส่งขยะไปยังสถานที่กำจัดขยะปลายทางที่ได้มาตรฐานนอกเขตเทศบาลตำบลเกาะเต่า ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้เทคโนโลยีการอัดขยะ (Waste Baling) และการห่อมัดขยะ (Wrapping) ที่ได้มาตรฐานสากล พร้อมทั้งมีมาตรการป้องกันผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขอนามัย และการท่องเที่ยว โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 1 ปี (365 วัน) นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

This integrated waste management project aims to address the issue of approximately 10,000 tons of accumulated waste on Koh Tao, Surat Thani Province, a major tourist destination. The project involves transporting the waste to a certified off-site disposal facility outside the Koh Tao municipality. The contractor must utilize internationally standardized Waste Baling and Wrapping technology and implement measures to prevent negative impacts on the environment, public health, and tourism. The project duration is 1 year (365 days) from the contract signing date.
