โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างเหมางานซ่อมปรับปรุงแฟลตนายทหารประทวน จุ ๘๐ ครอบครัว หมายเลข ๑๖/๓๐ ของกรมรบพิเศษที่ ๔ ด้วยวิธี e-bidding งบประมาณ 2,355,676.00 บาท มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อซ่อมแซมและปรับปรุงอาคารแฟลตให้มีสภาพดีขึ้น ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานประเภทนี้ และมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,170,000.00 บาท โดยต้องเป็นผลงานที่เป็นคู่สัญญากับหน่วยงานของรัฐหรือหน่วยงานเอกชนที่เชื่อถือได้ ระยะเวลาการส่งมอบงาน 240 วัน แบ่งจ่ายเป็น 4 งวดงานตามความคืบหน้าของงาน รวมถึงการรื้อถอน, งานหลังคา, งานพื้น, งานสุขภัณฑ์, งานสี, งานหน้าต่าง, งานไฟฟ้า และงานประปา การพิจารณาผู้ชนะใช้วิธีการประเมินจากราคา มีการกำหนดค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบงานล่าช้าและกรณีนำงานไปจ้างช่วงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 7 วัน

This project is an e-bidding procurement for the renovation of the 80-family NCO flats, number 16/30, of the 4th Special Warfare Regiment, with a budget of 2,355,676.00 baht. The objective is to repair and improve the condition of the flat buildings. Bidders must be juristic persons engaged in this type of work and have a similar work experience with a value of not less than 1,170,000.00 baht. The work must be with a direct contract with a government agency or a trusted private organization. The delivery period is 240 days, with payment divided into 4 installments according to the progress of the work, including demolition, roofing, flooring, sanitary ware, painting, windows, electrical work, and plumbing. The winner selection uses a price-based evaluation. Penalties are set for late delivery and subcontracting without permission, and there is a warranty for defects in the work for at least 7 days.
