โครงการประกวดราคาซื้อยา Azilsartan medoxomil ๔๐ mg tablet มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยาเม็ดชนิดรับประทาน Azilsartan medoxomil ความแรง ๔๐ มิลลิกรัมต่อเม็ด สำหรับใช้ในโรงพยาบาล โดยยาที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ทั้งในด้านรูปแบบ ส่วนประกอบ ภาชนะบรรจุ และฉลาก รวมถึงคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิค เช่น ปริมาณตัวยาสำคัญ, Identification test, Uniformity of dosage unit, Dissolution, และ Related substance/Impurities ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบยาที่มีอายุใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี นับจากวันส่งมอบ พร้อมทั้งเอกสารรับรองคุณภาพยา และยินยอมให้เปลี่ยนยาได้หากใกล้หมดอายุหรือเสื่อมสภาพ นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีเอกสารรับรองผลการศึกษาชีวสมมูล (Bioequivalence) หากยาที่เสนอไม่ใช่ยาต้นแบบ (original drugs) รวมถึงต้องมีเอกสารแสดง Elemental impurity หรือ Risk assessment report และหน่วยราชการมีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกสัญญาหากพบปัญหาด้านคุณภาพหรือยาถูกเรียกคืน

The bidding project for Azilsartan medoxomil 40 mg tablets aims to procure oral Azilsartan medoxomil tablets with a strength of 40 mg per tablet for hospital use. The procured drugs must meet the specified quality standards in terms of form, composition, packaging, and labeling. This also includes technical specifications such as the amount of active ingredient, identification test, uniformity of dosage unit, dissolution, and related substances/impurities. Bidders must deliver drugs with a shelf life of at least 1 year from the date of delivery, along with a certificate of drug quality, and agree to replace the drugs if they are near expiration or deteriorated. In addition, bidders must provide a bioequivalence study report if the proposed drug is not an original drug, and must include documentation showing elemental impurity or a Risk Assessment Report.
