โครงการจัดซื้อผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่สำหรับบุคคลที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงและบุคคลที่มีปัญหาการกลั้นปัสสาวะหรืออุจจาระไม่ได้ในเขตจอมทอง เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบายการดูแลสุขภาพแห่งชาติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ให้กับผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เช่น ผู้ที่มีคะแนน Barthel ADL index น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 5 และผู้ที่มีปัญหาการกลั้นปัสสาวะหรืออุจจาระไม่ได้ เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยเหล่านี้ได้รับการดูแลและเข้าถึงบริการด้านสุขภาพอย่างทั่วถึง โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายในการลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายของครอบครัวและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้สูงอายุ

This project aims to procure adult diapers for dependent individuals and those with urinary or fecal incontinence in the Chom Thong district. It is part of the national health care policy, with the main objective of providing adult diapers to those who meet the specified criteria, such as individuals with a Barthel ADL index of 5 or less and those with incontinence issues, to ensure they receive care and access to health services. This project aims to reduce the financial burden on families and promote the quality of life for the elderly.
