โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholder) ในการกำกับดูแลแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล (Digital Platform Services) ภายใต้พระราชกฤษฎีกาว่าด้วยการควบคุมดูแลธุรกิจบริการแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลที่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบ พ.ศ. 2565 สพธอ. (สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์) ต้องการสร้างความร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมสื่อสารหลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น การประชุม, สัมมนา, เวิร์คช็อป, และการสร้างเครือข่าย เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและกระตุ้นการมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ เป้าหมายคือการสร้าง Ecosystem ที่เอื้อต่อการกำกับดูแล Digital Platform Services อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความเสี่ยง และส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่างปลอดภัย ผู้รับจ้างต้องติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานและข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์ โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการจนถึงวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568

This project aims to develop stakeholder engagement strategies for regulating Digital Platform Services under the Royal Decree on the Supervision of Digital Platform Services Businesses Required to Notify, B.E. 2565 (2022). ETDA (Electronic Transactions Development Agency) seeks to foster collaboration among all sectors. The contractor will plan and execute various communication activities, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, and networking events, to raise awareness and encourage stakeholder participation. This also includes public relations through various online and offline channels. The goal is to create an ecosystem conducive to effective Digital Platform Services regulation, risk reduction, and promoting the safe use of digital technology. The contractor must regularly monitor and evaluate project progress and provide a comprehensive final report with strategic recommendations. The project duration is until August 31, 2028.
