โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างเหมาบริการบริหารจัดการชุมชนสำหรับโครงการอาคารเช่าสำหรับผู้มีรายได้น้อย จังหวัดอุดรธานี (สามพร้าว) จำนวน 544 หน่วย ระยะเวลา 7 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2568 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เช่าได้รับบริการที่ดีทั้งด้านกายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการบริหารจัดการชุมชนใน 5 กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ กิจกรรมด้านกายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม (งานรักษาความสะอาด, งานรักษาความปลอดภัย), กิจกรรมด้านการบริหารจัดการทั่วไป, กิจกรรมบริหารจัดการน้ำประปาและค่าไฟฟ้า, และกิจกรรมการบริหารจัดการระบบวิศวกรรม (ไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล, ประปา, ดับเพลิง) ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาบุคลากรตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด, จัดทำรายงาน, และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุใน TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด ผู้สนใจต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่ประกอบกิจการเกี่ยวกับงานบริหารชุมชน และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด

This project is a contract for community management services for a rental apartment project for low-income earners in Udon Thani province (Sam Phrao), totaling 544 units, for a period of 7 months. The objectives are to provide good services to tenants in terms of both physical and environmental aspects. The contractor must carry out community management in 5 main activities: physical and environmental activities (cleaning, security), general management activities, water supply and electricity management activities, and engineering system management activities (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire). The contractor must provide personnel according to the specified criteria, prepare reports, and strictly comply with the conditions specified in the TOR. Interested parties must be juristic persons engaged in community management and have the qualifications as specified.
