โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเส้นทางคมนาคมที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานในพื้นที่บ้านโคกยาง หมู่ที่ 11 ตำบลลำดวน อำเภอลำดวน จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแบบ Asphaltic Concrete ด้วยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ขนาดความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ความยาว 500 เมตร และความหนา 0.05 เมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการติดตั้งเสาไฟถนนแอลอีดีพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบกล่องบรรจุแบตเตอรี่ป้องกันการโจรกรรม พร้อมเลนส์แบบควบคิดทางและความสว่าง ขนาด 30 วัตต์ จำนวน 50 ต้น เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้เส้นทาง โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับความสะดวกในการสัญจร การติดต่อราชการ และการใช้สนามกีฬาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลลำดวน และส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลรักษาถนน

This project involves the construction of an Asphaltic Concrete road using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method, with a width of 5.00 meters, a length of 500 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters. It also includes the installation of 50 solar-powered LED streetlights with anti-theft battery boxes in Ban Khok Yang, Moo 11, Lamduan Subdistrict, Lamduan District, Surin Province. The project aims to address the problem of potholes and improve convenience for residents using the road and the Lamduan Subdistrict Administration Organization’s stadium.
