โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับและพัฒนาศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์, วัฒนธรรม, เชิงนิเวศ, สุขภาพ และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชนบนพื้นฐานการท่องเที่ยวอย่างรับผิดชอบ โดยมีกิจกรรมหลักคือ “มหกรรมนาฏดนตรี เปิดตำนานการแสดงลิเก” ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางตอนบน และอนุรักษ์สืบสานการแสดงลิเกพื้นบ้านให้คงอยู่ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการหลายด้าน ได้แก่ การจัดทำแผนงาน, การออกแบบโลโก้และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ (วีดิทัศน์, โปสเตอร์, สื่อออนไลน์), การจัดเตรียมสถานที่, การจัดพิธีบวงสรวง, พิธีไหว้ครูลิเก, พิธีเปิดงาน, การแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม, และการอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดหาผู้ประกอบการจำหน่ายอาหารและสินค้าทางวัฒนธรรม นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีการประเมินผลการจัดงานทั้งด้านปริมาณนักท่องเที่ยว, รายได้, และความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 4,000,000 บาท โดยการประเมินจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ทางเทคนิค (80%) และราคา (20%)

This project aims to enhance and develop the potential of historical, cultural, ecological, health, and community tourism based on responsible tourism. The main activity is the “Natra-Music Festival: Opening the Legend of Likay Performance” which will be held to promote cultural tourism in the upper central region provinces and to conserve and perpetuate the local Likay performance. The contractor must undertake several aspects, including work plan preparation, logo and promotional media design (videos, posters, online media), venue preparation, the worship ceremony, Likay teacher worship ceremony, opening ceremony, cultural performances, and various amenities, including sourcing food vendors and cultural products. In addition, there must be an evaluation of the event in terms of the number of tourists, income, and satisfaction of the participants. Bidders must have experience in related event management and must have complete qualifications as required by law. The budget for this project is 4,000,000 baht. The evaluation will be based on technical criteria (80%) and price (20%).
