การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) สำนักงานหนองจอก มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมางานบำรุงรักษาสนามหญ้า สวนหย่อม จัดสวน และปรับภูมิทัศน์ ภายในสำนักงานหนองจอก ซึ่งมีพื้นที่รวม 28 ไร่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ให้สวยงาม สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ เสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี และส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตที่ดีของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน โครงการมีงบประมาณรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 8,300,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาการจ้าง 24 เดือน เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 สิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2570 ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 และ Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการงานจ้างครั้งนี้ โดยเอกสารใบรับรองยังมีผลบังคับใช้จนถึงวันยื่นข้อเสนอ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนงาน, รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน และการบำรุงรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Nong Chok Office, intends to outsource the maintenance of lawns, gardens, landscaping, and gardening services within the Nong Chok Office, which covers a total area of 28 rai. The project aims to improve the landscape to be beautiful, clean, and organized, enhancing the good image and promoting the good mental health of the staff. The project has a total budget of 8,300,000 baht, including VAT, and a contract period of 24 months, starting from April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2027. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the electronic bidding documents and must be certified with the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 related to the provision of this service, with the certificates valid until the submission date. The contractor must deliver high-quality work according to the specified standards, including work plans, performance reports, and continuous maintenance.
