โรงพยาบาลบ่อทอง สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดชลบุรี ประกาศประกวดราคาซื้อครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 5 รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริการผู้ป่วยประกันตนและยกระดับคุณภาพระบบบริการทางการแพทย์ โครงการนี้ได้รับอนุมัติงบประมาณ 527,700 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการประชาชนให้ได้รับบริการที่ดี ปลอดภัย และได้มาตรฐาน

ครุภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย:

• เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) จำนวน 1 เครื่อง
• เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) ขนาด 3 KVA จำนวน 2 เครื่อง
• อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ (L2 Switch) ขนาด 24 ช่อง จำนวน 2 เครื่อง
• เครื่องพิมพ์ความร้อน (Thermal Printer) จำนวน 3 เครื่อง
• เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ All In One สำหรับงานประมวลผล จำนวน 2 เครื่อง
• เครื่องอ่านบัตรประชาชน Smart Card จำนวน 1 เครื่อง

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคายังต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุใน TOR และต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้วิธีพิจารณาจากราคา โดยมีค่าปรับหากส่งมอบล่าช้า และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

In addition, bidders must have the net worth of the business according to the criteria specified in the TOR and must deliver the goods within 90 days from the date of signing the contract. The selection process will be based on price, with penalties for late delivery, and a warranty against defects for 1 year.
