โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้โรงพยาบาลหลวงพ่อทวีศักดิ์ฯ สามารถให้บริการตรวจวินิจฉัยผู้ป่วยที่มีความจำเป็นต้องตรวจด้วยเครื่องตรวจวัดความหนาแน่นของมวลกระดูก (DEXA Scanner) และเครื่องเอกซเรย์เต้านมระบบดิจิทัล (Digital mammography) เพื่อให้แพทย์สามารถประเมินอาการและวางแผนการรักษาได้อย่างถูกต้องและทันท่วงที ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน การมีสถานประกอบการและใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง การมีบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่เหมาะสม (รังสีแพทย์ นักรังสีการแพทย์ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ) และการรายงานผลการตรวจภายใน 3 วันทำการ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีสถานที่ให้บริการในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล และต้องบันทึกภาพในรูปแบบ DICOM ส่งมอบให้โรงพยาบาล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดหากเครื่องมือขัดข้องและต้องส่งต่อผู้ป่วยไปรับการตรวจที่อื่น โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 245 วัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2568 ถึงวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568 โดยพิจารณาคัดเลือกจากเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

This project aims to enable Luang Pho Thawi Sak Hospital to provide diagnostic services for patients requiring bone densitometry (DEXA Scanner) and digital mammography, allowing physicians to accurately assess symptoms and plan treatments promptly. The scope of work includes providing standard equipment and materials, possessing relevant establishment and licenses, having qualified medical personnel (radiologists, radiographers, nurses), and reporting results within 3 business days. The contractor must have a service location in Bangkok and its vicinity and must deliver DICOM images to the hospital. The contractor is responsible for all expenses if the equipment malfunctions and patients need to be referred elsewhere. The project duration is 245 days, from March 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, with selection based on the lowest price.
