โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการ OTOP และกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชนให้มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น รวมถึงส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน โดยมีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบ, ก่อสร้าง, และตกแต่งพื้นที่จัดงาน ณ วัดเกษมสำราญ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ซึ่งรวมถึงการติดตั้งโครงสร้าง, เวทีพร้อมอุปกรณ์, คูหาสำหรับจำหน่ายสินค้า (อย่างน้อย 60 บูธ), จุดสำหรับรับประทานอาหาร, จุดอำนวยการ, จุดประชาสัมพันธ์, จุดถ่ายภาพ, และการจัดทำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ

นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังรวมถึงการจัดพิธีเปิดงาน, การแสดง, กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย, การจัดนิทรรศการ, และการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการงานทั้งหมด, จัดหาบุคลากร, อุปกรณ์, และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดงานแสดงสินค้า, และมีความสามารถในการออกแบบ, วางแผน, และบริหารจัดการโครงการให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์และข้อกำหนดใน TOR อย่างครบถ้วน

This project aims to promote OTOP entrepreneurs and community groups to increase their income, as well as promote community tourism. The scope of work includes the design, construction, and decoration of the event area at Wat Kasemsamran, Ubon Ratchathani Province, which includes the installation of structures, stages with equipment, booths for product sales (at least 60 booths), food points, public relations points, offices, photo spots, and the creation of other amenities.

In addition, the project also includes the organization of an opening ceremony, performances, sales promotion activities, exhibitions, and public relations through various channels. The contractor must be responsible for the overall management of the event, providing personnel, equipment, and various facilities, including reporting the results of operations and assessing the satisfaction of the participants.

Interested parties must meet the qualifications as required by law, have experience in organizing product exhibitions, and be able to design, plan, and manage the project in accordance with the objectives and requirements in the TOR.
