โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างปรับปรุงระบบไฟส่องสว่างแนวรั้วพื้นที่เขตการบิน ณ ท่าอากาศยานพิษณุโลก เพื่อให้ระบบอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดและเสื่อมสภาพ รวมถึงการปรับปรุงระบบสื่อสารและโปรแกรมบริหารจัดการของระบบไฟส่องสว่าง โคมไฟหลักที่ใช้จะเป็นโคมไฟ LED ขนาด 20W และ 35W ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR รวมถึงแผงโซลาร์เซลล์, แบตเตอรี่ และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีผลงานการขายพร้อมติดตั้งหรือปรับปรุงระบบไฟส่องสว่างในพื้นที่เขตการบินในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,700,000 บาทต่อสัญญา และมีผลงานที่แล้วเสร็จภายใน 5 ปี ระยะเวลาโครงการ 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณ 4,250,000 บาท การประเมินข้อเสนอจะใช้วิธีการพิจารณาจากราคา (Price)

This project aims to renovate the lighting system along the fence of the airfield at Phitsanulok Airport. The objective is to ensure the system is operational and compliant with the safety standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). The scope includes replacing damaged equipment, upgrading communication systems, and management software for the lighting system. The main lighting fixtures will be 20W and 35W LED lamps with specified characteristics, as well as solar panels, batteries, and related equipment. Bidders must meet legal requirements, have a past performance record of selling and installing or upgrading airfield lighting systems with a contract value of at least 1,700,000 baht, and completed within the last 5 years. The project duration is 150 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 4,250,000 baht. Bids will be evaluated based on price.
