โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาบริการ Canva for Campus จำนวน 1 ระบบ ให้กับมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาและบุคลากร โดยเฉพาะทักษะการนำเสนอผลงานด้วยภาพกราฟิก บริการนี้จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น แม่แบบสำหรับการออกแบบที่หลากหลาย, พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล, เครื่องมือออกแบบพื้นฐาน, การรองรับฟอนต์และรูปภาพ, ความสามารถในการส่งออกไฟล์, การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม, เครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอน, การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบของมหาวิทยาลัย, และการรองรับการใช้งานบนอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ระยะเวลาโครงการ 1 ปี นับจากวันที่มหาวิทยาลัยเปิดใช้งานระบบ งบประมาณ 1,742,400 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงาน, มีคุณสมบัติทางด้านการเงิน, และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการประกวดราคา
