โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเรือกำจัดวัชพืชชนิดแบคโฮลงโต๊ะ แบบแขนยาว 18 เมตร จำนวน 1 ลำ เพื่อใช้ในการกำจัดวัชพืชและขุดลอกดินโคลนในแหล่งน้ำต่างๆ ซึ่งจะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาวัชพืชกีดขวางทางน้ำ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายน้ำ เรือต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กรมชลประทานกำหนด เช่น ต้องเป็นรถขุดไฮดรอลิกตีนตะขาบที่ติดตั้งบนโป๊ะเหล็ก สามารถหมุนรอบตัวได้ 360 องศา มีระยะขุดไกลสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 18 เมตร มีระยะขุดลึกสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 14 เมตร มีเครื่องยนต์ดีเซลที่ได้มาตรฐาน EPA Tier 2 หรือ EU Stage II และมีอุปกรณ์ประกอบต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการใช้งาน เช่น บุ้งกี๋แบบตะแกรงสำหรับกำจัดวัชพืช เสาสปัด (Spud) ป้องกันการเคลื่อนไหว เป็นต้น ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี และต้องจัดอบรมการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของผู้ซื้อ
This project involves the procurement of one unit of an 18-meter long-arm backhoe weed removal boat, designed for clearing weeds and dredging mud in various water sources such as rivers, canals, streams, ponds, and marshes. The boat must meet the specifications set by the Royal Irrigation Department, including a hydraulic system capable of 360-degree rotation, a maximum digging reach of at least 18 meters, a compliant diesel engine, and essential equipment for operation. The seller is required to provide a warranty of at least 3 years and training on operation and maintenance for the purchaser’s staff.
