สำนักงาน กสทช. มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบอำนวยความสะดวกภายในศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อให้ระบบต่างๆ สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครอบคลุมระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศ, ระบบดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ, ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบเฝ้าดูและแจ้งเตือนสภาวะแวดล้อม, ระบบตรวจจับควันความไวสูง, ระบบตรวจจับการรั่วซึมของน้ำ, ระบบควบคุมการเปิด-ปิดประตู, ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด และระบบตรวจสอบศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (DCIM) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษา, ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์, และแก้ไขปัญหาตามระดับความรุนแรงของปัญหาที่กำหนด (SLA) รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานสรุปการบำรุงรักษารายเดือน

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีความเสถียรภาพ, น่าเชื่อถือ, และมีความปลอดภัยสูง ลดความเสี่ยงจากการหยุดทำงานของระบบ (Down Time) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ได้รับการรับรองจากผู้ผลิต, มีผลงานการบำรุงรักษาที่เกี่ยวข้อง, และมีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความชำนาญ

The NBTC intends to hire maintenance and repair services for the computer center’s facilities systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation. This covers air conditioning systems, automatic fire extinguishing systems, electrical systems, environmental monitoring and alarm systems, high-sensitivity smoke detection systems, water leak detection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) systems. The contractor must prepare a maintenance plan, inspect equipment, and resolve issues according to the specified severity levels (SLA), as well as prepare monthly maintenance summary reports.

The objective of this project is to ensure the stability, reliability, and high security of the information technology system, reducing the risk of system downtime. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as being certified by the manufacturer, having relevant maintenance experience, and having knowledgeable and skilled personnel.
