โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านสาธารณสุขของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลทับมา โดยการจัดซื้อเครื่องบริหารข้อไหล่แบบต่อเนื่อง จำนวน 2 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในการฟื้นฟูสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาด้านการเคลื่อนไหวข้อไหล่ โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติระยะ 20 ปี ด้านการพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ โดยมีเป้าหมายให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้รับการบริการทางการแพทย์ด้วยเครื่องมือที่ทันสมัยและได้มาตรฐาน รวมถึงได้รับการอำนวยความสะดวกจากบริการสาธารณะขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เครื่องบริหารข้อไหล่จะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถเพิ่มช่วงการเคลื่อนไหวของข้อไหล่ ลดภาระต่อญาติหรือผู้ดูแล และส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองได้ในระยะยาว การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้มีงบประมาณ 500,000 บาท (ห้าแสนบาทถ้วน) โดยจะดำเนินการจัดซื้อโดยวิธีประกาศเชิญชวนทั่วไป ตามระเบียบกระทรวงการคลัง

This project involves the procurement of 2 continuous passive motion (CPM) shoulder therapy devices for Thapma Health Promoting Hospital. The objective is to enhance the capacity and quality of physiotherapy services, providing local residents with access to modern and standardized medical equipment. These devices will aid in the rehabilitation of individuals with shoulder mobility issues, enabling them to regain a more normal life. The project aims to improve the public health service quality of Thapma Health Promoting Hospital by purchasing two continuous shoulder motion exercise machines for the rehabilitation of patients with shoulder movement problems. This project aligns with the 20-year national strategy for human resource development and capacity building, with the goal of providing people in the area with access to modern and standardized medical care, as well as public services from local governments. Shoulder exercise machines will help patients increase shoulder range of motion, reduce the burden on relatives or caregivers, and encourage patients to take care of their health in the long term. This procurement has a budget of 500,000 baht (five hundred thousand baht) and will be carried out by means of a general invitation, in accordance with the Ministry of Finance regulations.
