องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีความประสงค์จะเช่ารถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด ๑ ตัน จำนวน ๑ คัน เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจของสำนักปลัดฯ เป็นระยะเวลา ๖๐ เดือน โดยรถยนต์ที่เช่าต้องมีขนาดปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒,๔๐๐ ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า ๑๑๐ กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน ๒ ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแคบ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพให้เช่าพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการดูแลและซ่อมบำรุงรักษารถยนต์ทั้งหมด รวมถึงค่าต่อทะเบียนรถ ค่าทำประกันภัย และค่าเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่อง ยกเว้นค่าน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง นอกจากนี้ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องจัดให้มียางอะไหล่และเครื่องมือประจำรถยนต์ตามมาตรฐาน และต้องจัดเก็บรักษารถยนต์ไว้ในบริเวณองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) is seeking to rent 1 diesel truck with a capacity of 1 ton for 60 months for the operations of the Office of the Permanent Secretary. The truck must have an engine displacement of not less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of not less than 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, double cab. Bidders must be juristic persons whose profession is to rent out materials for electronic bidding and must register in the electronic government procurement (e-GP) system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The lessor is responsible for all costs of care and maintenance of the car, including car registration fees, insurance, and engine oil changes, excluding fuel. In addition, the lessor must provide a spare tire and standard car tools and must store and maintain the car within the area of the Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization.
