โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างทาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินการก่อสร้างทางให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างทางกับกรมบัญชีกลาง และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่าที่กำหนด รวมถึงต้องมีโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตที่พร้อมใช้งาน หรือมีเอกสารยินยอมให้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตอื่น นอกจากนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง และต้องไม่ขาดคุณสมบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิ์เสนอราคางานก่อสร้างและบำรุงทางของกรมทางหลวง
This project is a bidding for road construction. Bidders must be entrepreneurs registered for road construction with the Comptroller General’s Department and have construction work of the same type as the bidding work with a value of not less than the specified amount. They must also have a ready-to-use asphalt concrete mixing plant or have documents consenting to use products from another asphalt concrete mixing plant. In addition, bidders must register in the government procurement system via e-GP of the Comptroller General’s Department and must not be disqualified according to the criteria for considering the qualifications of those eligible to bid for construction and road maintenance work of the Department of Highways.
