โครงการชลประทานมุกดาหารดำเนินการจัดซื้อหินใหญ่สำหรับโครงการปรับปรุงทำนบดินพร้อมอาคารประกอบ อ่างเก็บน้ำห้วยพุง อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ในตำบลกกตูม อำเภอดงหลวง จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ภายใต้แผนงานยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อสนับสนุนด้านการเติบโตบนคุณภาพชีวิตที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการนี้คือการจัดซื้อวัสดุหินใหญ่เพื่อใช้ในการปรับปรุงทำนบดินและอาคารประกอบ ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มพื้นที่ชลประทานและสนับสนุนภาคการเกษตรในพื้นที่ งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 1,832,600 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และมีคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ตามที่กำหนด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคารวม ระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุ (หินใหญ่) คือ 30 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง และต้องแก้ไขภายใน 15 วัน หากได้รับแจ้ง
