โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อวัสดุก่อสร้างเพื่อใช้ในโครงการปรับปรุงและก่อสร้างระบบระบายน้ำภายในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบกในจังหวัดลพบุรี ดำเนินการโดยกรมการทหารช่าง ราชบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการทหาร การจัดซื้อจะใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 3,674,632.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคา การส่งมอบวัสดุแบ่งเป็น 4 งวด ภายในระยะเวลา 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะคือราคาต่ำสุด ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของวัสดุเป็นเวลา 7 วัน

This project involves the procurement of construction materials for the renovation and construction of drainage systems within military units of the Royal Thai Army in Lopburi Province. It is managed by the Royal Thai Army Engineer Department, Ratchaburi. The main objective is to improve the quality of life for military personnel. The procurement will be conducted through an electronic bidding process (e-bidding). The budget for this project is 3,674,632.00 Baht. Bidders must meet the legal requirements and must be a legal entity whose profession is selling the auctioned materials. Delivery of materials is divided into 4 installments within 180 days from the contract signing date. The selection criterion for the winning bidder is the lowest price. The winning bidder must guarantee against defects in materials for 7 days.
