สำนักงานพลังงานจังหวัดพิษณุโลกมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างทำเทคโนโลยีพลังงานในระดับชุมชน 3 รายการ เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการใช้พลังงานอย่างยั่งยืน ภายใต้โครงการเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารและจัดการพลังงานครบวงจรในชุมชนระดับตำบลและเครือข่ายพลังงานชุมชน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีรายการดังนี้: 1) เตาเผาถ่าน 200 ลิตร แบบตั้ง จำนวน 42 ชุด, 2) เตาเผาถ่านไร้ควัน 200 ลิตร แบบตั้ง จำนวน 31 ชุด, และ 3) เตาย่างไร้ควัน ขนาด 200 ลิตร จำนวน 37 ชุด รวมทั้งหมด 110 ชุด งบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 369,500 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, มีผลงานในประเภทเดียวกัน, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบ e-GP ภายในวันและเวลาที่กำหนด และจะต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคาอย่างเคร่งครัด

The Phitsanulok Provincial Energy Office is seeking to procure community-level energy technology for 3 items to promote sustainable energy use under the project to enhance the efficiency of energy administration and management in sub-district communities and community energy networks for the fiscal year 2025 by electronic bidding (e-bidding). The items are: 1) 200-liter upright charcoal stove, 42 units, 2) 200-liter upright smokeless charcoal stove, 31 units, and 3) 200-liter smokeless grill, 37 units, totaling 110 units with a total budget of 369,500 baht (including VAT). Interested parties must have the qualifications as stipulated by law, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, having relevant work experience, and must register in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. Bidders must submit their proposals through the e-GP system within the specified date and time and must comply with the terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents.
