โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์การเรียนสำหรับนักเรียนสายอาชีพ อาชีวศึกษา ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 วงเงินงบประมาณ 1,077,200.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวก หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อสนับสนุน ระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุคือ 20 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสระแก้วจะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้การสนับสนุนด้านอุปกรณ์การเรียนแก่นักเรียนสายอาชีพ ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะของนักเรียนให้มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาควรศึกษาข้อมูลใน TOR อย่างละเอียดเพื่อให้เข้าใจถึงรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ของโครงการอย่างครบถ้วน

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the procurement of educational equipment for vocational students for the fiscal year 2025, with a budget of 1,077,200.00 baht. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, not being in the process of liquidation, and must be registered in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. Bidders must have a positive net worth or have a supporting credit line. The delivery period is 20 days from the date of signing the contract. Sakaeo Technical College will consider the decision based on price criteria. The winning bidder must guarantee the defects of the goods for 3 months.

The objective of this project is to provide educational equipment support to vocational students, which will help promote learning and improve the quality of students’ skills.
