โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเครื่องเตรียมบล็อกชิ้นเนื้อ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในการเตรียมชิ้นเนื้อสำหรับงานทางด้านพยาธิวิทยา โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 590,000 บาท ผู้สนใจจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา พิจารณาคัดเลือกโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบเครื่องพร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบต่างๆ ตามที่กำหนด และมีการรับประกันคุณภาพของเครื่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี การจ่ายเงินจะจ่ายเมื่อส่งมอบสินค้าครบถ้วนและได้รับการตรวจรับมอบแล้ว
