This project involves the procurement of services for coating oil storage tanks, repairing tank equipment (numbers 7, 8, 10, and 11), and repairing/calibrating oil pumping machines and automatic tank cleaning machines. The objective is to support the Fuel Department, Quartermaster General Department, Royal Thai Army. The contractor will be required to perform tasks according to the specifications and standards detailed in the TOR. The scope of work includes oil transfer, tank cleaning, leak repair, sandblasting and corrosion repair, and rust-preventive coating. Additionally, it covers equipment repair, seal replacement, automatic oil level gauge inspection, grounding system repair, digital fuel gauge replacement, and the repair/calibration of other related equipment. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit their proposals through the e-bidding system.
