โครงการปรับปรุงระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศสำหรับห้องพักฟื้นผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดปลูกถ่ายไต ณ โรงพยาบาลสุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงห้องพักฟื้นให้ได้มาตรฐานตามหลักวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย (ว.ส.ท.) หรือสถาบันมาตรฐานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เนื่องจากระบบเดิมมีการเสื่อมสภาพตามกาลเวลาและความจำเป็นในการดูแลผู้ป่วยหลังการผ่าตัดปลูกถ่ายไตอย่างเหมาะสม ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการปรับปรุงงานสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน, ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ, ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหา, ติดตั้ง, และทดสอบระบบต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งห้องปลอดเชื้อ/ห้องสะอาด, มีเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น, และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การประเมินจะพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอ, ผลงานที่ผ่านมา, และราคาที่เสนอ

This project aims to renovate the air conditioning and ventilation system for the recovery room for kidney transplant patients (Clean room) at Surin Hospital. The objective is to upgrade the recovery room to meet the standards of the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT) or other relevant standard institutions. The scope of work includes architectural improvements, air conditioning and ventilation systems, electrical systems, and other related systems. The contractor must procure, install, and test the systems according to the technical specifications in this document. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, have experience in installing cleanrooms, possess the necessary tools/equipment, and meet the net worth criteria. Evaluation will consider bidder qualifications, past performance, and proposed price.
