สถาบันอุทยานการเรียนรู้ (สอร.) ภายใต้สังกัดสำนักงานบริหารและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ (องค์การมหาชน) เปิดรับสมัครผู้รับจ้างเพื่อดำเนินโครงการจัดทำตู้บริการหนังสืออัตโนมัติในที่สาธารณะ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและขยายบริการตู้หนังสืออัตโนมัติรูปแบบใหม่ ให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัยและเข้าถึงง่ายสำหรับประชาชนทุกกลุ่มวัย โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการออกแบบ พัฒนาตู้บริการหนังสืออัตโนมัติ 1 ตู้ พร้อมระบบบริหารจัดการที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติของ สอร. ได้ รวมถึงการติดตั้ง การฝึกอบรม และการส่งมอบงานอย่างครบวงจร ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และสามารถนำเสนอแนวคิด ผลงาน และแผนการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของโครงการได้ โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 240 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,000,000 บาท (รวมภาษี) การประเมินข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์คุณภาพ (70%) และราคา (30%)

The Learning Park Institute (LPI), under the Office of Knowledge Management and Development (Public Organization), is inviting bids for the construction of an automated public book service cabinet for the fiscal year 2025. The project aims to develop and expand a new format of automated book cabinets, providing a modern and accessible learning resource for all age groups. The project includes the design, development, and installation of one automated book service cabinet along with a management system that can connect to the LPI’s automated library system. It also covers training and comprehensive delivery of the work. Interested parties must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and present concepts, results, and work plans that align with the project’s requirements. The total project duration is 240 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 2,000,000 baht (including tax). Proposals will be evaluated based on quality criteria (70%) and price (30%).
