โครงการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างชนิดกิ่งเดียว บริเวณสวนสาธารณะโขดศาลเจ้า เทศบาลนครระยอง จังหวัดระยอง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างภายในสวนสาธารณะดังกล่าว โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือ การรื้อถอนโคมไฟฟ้าและเสาไฟฟ้าเดิม และติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างชนิดกิ่งเดียว ความสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เมตร จำนวน 50 ต้น พร้อมโคมไฟ LED ขนาด 50W รวมถึงการเดินสายไฟฟ้า, ติดตั้งตู้ควบคุม, และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแบบแปลนของเทศบาลนครระยอง ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง, ขออนุมัติวัสดุ, และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคอย่างเคร่งครัด เน้นการใช้โคมไฟ LED ที่มีคุณภาพสูง, มีมาตรฐาน มอก., และผ่านการทดสอบตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและความสว่างไสวในพื้นที่สวนสาธารณะ เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัยในเวลากลางคืน. การติดตั้งจะต้องคำนึงถึงตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสม และอาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนตามดุลยพินิจของผู้ควบคุมงาน.

The project, “Installation of Single-Arm Street Lights at Khot San Chao Public Park,” aims to improve the lighting system within the park located in Rayong City Municipality, Rayong Province. The main scope of work includes dismantling existing light fixtures and poles, and installing 50 single-arm street light poles with a minimum height of 6 meters, equipped with 50W LED luminaires. This also encompasses electrical wiring, installation of control cabinets, and other related tasks as specified in the Rayong City Municipality’s blueprints. The contractor must submit a plan to use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the total material value, adhere to construction standards, obtain material approvals, and strictly follow technical specifications. Emphasis is placed on using high-quality LED luminaires that meet TIS standards and have passed specified tests. The project aims to enhance safety and visibility within the park, allowing the public to use it conveniently and safely at night. Installation must take into account the appropriate location and may be subject to adjustments at the discretion of the site supervisor.
