โรงพยาบาลลำปางมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อถุงมือ STERILE GLOVE (ชนิดปราศจากเชื้อแบบไม่มีแป้ง) จำนวน 5 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในงานศัลยกรรมทั่วไป, งานผสมเทียม และงานผ่าตัดอื่นๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีถุงมือที่ได้มาตรฐาน ปราศจากเชื้อ และปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งาน คุณสมบัติของถุงมือที่ต้องการคือ ผลิตจากน้ำยางธรรมชาติ, ไม่มีแป้ง, มีขนาดมาตรฐานสากล (5.5 - 8.5), มีความยืดหยุ่น, ผิวไม่เรียบ, ผ่านการล้างเพื่อลดโปรตีน, เคลือบสาร Polyacrylate, และบรรจุในซองเดี่ยว 2 ชั้น กล่องละ 100 คู่ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, และไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด และผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เดือน

These gloves are intended for use in general surgery, artificial insemination, and other surgical procedures. The desired glove characteristics include being made from natural rubber latex, powder-free, having standard international sizes (5.5 - 8.5), being flexible, having a non-smooth surface, being washed to reduce protein content, being coated with Polyacrylate, and being packaged in double individual pouches of 100 pairs per box. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and not having conflicts of interest with other bidders. The selection will be based on the lowest price, and the winning bidder must guarantee against defects for a period of no less than 3 months.
