โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดจ้างฝึกอบรม (บางส่วน) สำหรับหลักสูตรนักบริหารระดับกลางของกระทรวงการคลัง ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รุ่นที่ 2/2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาวิสัยทัศน์, เพิ่มพูนความรู้, เสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ และส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างบุคลากร ซึ่งรวมถึงการศึกษาดูงานด้านการบริหารทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ณ จังหวัดหนองคาย สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และมณฑลยูนนาน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างวันที่ 16-22 มีนาคม 2568 ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดการศึกษาดูงานสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วม 101 คน ครอบคลุมการประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน, จัดหาของที่ระลึก, จัดเตรียมการเดินทางโดยรถไฟและยานพาหนะ (รถโค้ช VIP), จัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวก, และการควบคุมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตลอดการเดินทาง โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,681,830 บาท

This project is a procurement of training (part) for the mid-level executive training program of the Ministry of Finance for the fiscal year 2025, 2nd/2025, with the objective of developing vision, enhancing knowledge, building experience, and promoting the establishment of collaborative networks among personnel. This includes study trips in both domestic and foreign countries in Nong Khai province, Lao PDR, and Yunnan province, People’s Republic of China, between March 16-22, 2025. The contractor must be responsible for managing the study trip for 101 participants, covering coordination with agencies, providing souvenirs, arranging travel by train and vehicles (VIP coach), providing facilitation staff, and controlling various activities throughout the trip. The project has a budget of 3,681,830 baht.
