กรมท่าอากาศยานมีความประสงค์จะจ้างปรับปรุงระบบไฟส่องสว่างแนวรั้วพื้นที่เขตการบิน ท่าอากาศยานอุบลราชธานี เพื่อให้ระบบไฟส่องสว่างอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (CAAT) ซึ่งครอบคลุมการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดและปรับปรุงระบบสื่อสารและโปรแกรมบริหารจัดการ โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง นอกจากนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีผลงานขายพร้อมติดตั้งหรือปรับปรุงระบบไฟส่องสว่างในพื้นที่เขตการบินในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,120,000 บาทต่อสัญญา และผลงานต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 5 ปีย้อนหลัง

The Department of Airports intends to contract for the improvement of the lighting system along the fence of the airside area of Ubon Ratchathani Airport to ensure that the lighting system is in operational condition and complies with the safety standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), which includes the replacement of damaged equipment and the improvement of the communication system and management program. Bidders must be juristic persons with the qualifications required by law, not be bankrupt, not be suspended from submitting bids, and must register in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. In addition, bidders must have a sales record with installation or improvement of the lighting system in the airside area in an amount of not less than 1,120,000 baht per contract, and the work must be completed within the past 5 years.
