โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดจ้างออกแบบอาคารที่ทำการใหม่สำหรับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะตง อำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี เนื่องจากอาคารหลังเดิมคับแคบ ไม่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการประชาชนและการขยายตัวของหน่วยงาน อาคารใหม่นี้จะเป็นอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก 3 ชั้น มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยไม่น้อยกว่า 1,512 ตารางเมตร ตั้งอยู่บนที่ราชพัสดุแปลงหมายเลขที่ จบ.๕๒๔ การออกแบบจะเน้นสถาปัตยกรรมที่ทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบ และคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ใช้สอยสูงสุด รวมถึงการเข้าถึงและใช้งานได้สำหรับทุกคน (Universal design) ตามกฎกระทรวงที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแบบรายละเอียดสำหรับการก่อสร้าง รายการประกอบแบบ, BOQ, รายงานการเจาะสำรวจทางธรณีวิทยาฐานราก และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขแบบระหว่างการก่อสร้าง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นสถานที่ทำงานของบุคลากร อบต.ปะตง, อำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชน, รองรับการขยายตัวของท้องถิ่น และปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ให้สวยงาม

This project involves the design of a new office building for the Pa Tong Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Soi Dao District, Chanthaburi Province. The existing building is too small and inadequate for providing services to the public and accommodating the organization’s expansion. The new building will be a 3-story reinforced concrete structure with a usable area of no less than 1,512 square meters, located on public land plot number ChB.524. The design will emphasize modern architecture, be consistent with the surrounding landscape, and maximize usability, including accessibility and usability for all (Universal Design) according to relevant ministerial regulations. The contractor will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, BOQ, geotechnical investigation report and other relevant documents. Also provide consulting and modify the format during construction. The objectives of this project are to provide a workplace for the personnel of the Pa Tong SAO, facilitate the public, support the expansion of the local area and improve the landscape to be beautiful.
