โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางแพ่งและอาญา ตาม พ.ร.บ. การไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท พ.ศ. 2562 โดยกรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพ กระทรวงยุติธรรม มุ่งเน้นการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางที่หลากหลาย เพื่อลดปริมาณคดีที่ขึ้นสู่ศาลและส่งเสริมความสมานฉันท์ในสังคม ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งสื่อโทรทัศน์, สื่อออนไลน์ (ผ่าน Influencer), คลิปวิดีโอ, สปอตวิทยุ, คู่มือ, แผ่นพับ, และของที่ระลึก โครงการยังรวมถึงการจัดทำแผนการประชาสัมพันธ์ (Media plan) และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารเพื่อออกรายการโทรทัศน์ เป้าหมายสำคัญคือการเข้าถึงประชาชนและลูกหนี้ที่ประสบปัญหา โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากปัญหาหนี้สินครัวเรือน เพื่อให้เข้าถึงกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว

This project aims to raise awareness and understanding of civil and criminal dispute resolution through mediation, in accordance with the Mediation Act B.E. 2562 (2019). The Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice, focuses on disseminating information through various channels to reduce the number of cases going to court and promote social harmony. The scope of work covers the production of various public relations materials, including television media, online media (via Influencers), video clips, radio spots, manuals, leaflets, and souvenirs. The project also includes the development of a public relations plan (Media plan) and interviews with executives for television appearances. The main goal is to reach the public and debtors who are experiencing problems, especially the target group affected by household debt problems, so that they can access the dispute resolution process easily and quickly.
