โครงการนี้เป็นการวางท่อขยายเขตจำหน่ายน้ำในบ้านศรีดอนชัย หมู่ 18 ตำบลเวียง อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาฝาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจ่ายน้ำและขยายพื้นที่ให้บริการน้ำประปา ประกอบด้วยการวางท่อ HDPE ขนาด 110 มม. PN.8 (ท่อใหม่) แทนที่ท่อ PVC เดิมขนาด 100 มม. พร้อมติดตั้งประตูนน้ำขนาด 100 มม. และหัวดับเพลิงขนาด 100 มม. พร้อมแอร์วาล์ว รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อท่อใหม่กับท่อ PVC เดิม การดำเนินงานต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) และ มอก. 982-2556 รวมถึงต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไทยไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของมูลค่าวัสดุที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด

This project involves the expansion of the water distribution network in Ban Sridonchai, Village No. 18, Wiang Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province, by the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA), Fang Branch. The objective is to improve water supply efficiency and expand the water service area. The project includes the installation of 110 mm PN.8 HDPE pipes (new pipes) to replace the existing 100 mm PVC pipes, along with the installation of 100 mm gate valves and 100 mm fire hydrants with air valves. The project also involves connecting the new pipes to the existing PVC pipes. The operation must comply with the standards of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) and TIS 982-2556, and must use materials manufactured in Thailand no less than 60 percent and iron produced in the country at least 90 percent of the value of materials used in all construction work.
