รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ทางเลือกผ่านห้องเรียนด้านอีสปอร์ต (e-Sport) ณ ศูนย์นวัตกรรมและการจัดการเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล วิทยาลัยศิลปะ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่ครอบคลุมการปรับปรุงพื้นที่เดิมให้มีความเหมาะสมและทันสมัยสำหรับการใช้งานเป็นห้องเรียนอีสปอร์ต
งานที่ต้องดำเนินการประกอบด้วย:
- งานพื้น: ปรับปรุงพื้นด้วย Raised Floor ขนาด 60x60 ซม. และสี Epoxy สีเทา
- งานผนัง: ติดตั้งผนังเบา โครงคร่าวกัลวาไนซ์ ปิดด้วยยิปซัมสำหรับภายนอก และผนังตกแต่งกระจกครึ่งผนังเบา
- งานฝ้าเพดาน: ติดตั้งฝ้าทีบาร์, ฝ้ายิปซัมบอร์ด, และฝ้าอลูมิเนียม
- งานสี: ทาสีรองพื้นและสีทับหน้าทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- งานไฟฟ้า: ติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าใหม่ทั้งหมด
- งานเฟอร์นิเจอร์: จัดหาและติดตั้งเฟอร์นิเจอร์สำหรับห้องเรียนอีสปอร์ต
โครงการนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ โดยกำหนดให้ใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการใช้พัสดุและเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศส่งให้มหาวิทยาลัยภายใน 60 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา
This project aims to promote alternative learning through an e-Sport classroom at the Center for Innovation and Digital Technology Management, College of Arts, Media, and Technology, Chiang Mai University. The scope of work includes renovating the existing space to be suitable and modern for use as an e-Sport classroom.
The work to be done includes:
- Flooring: Renovating the floor with Raised Floor size 60x60 cm and gray Epoxy paint.
- Walls: Installing lightweight walls, galvanized frames, covered with gypsum for the exterior, and decorative glass half-lightweight walls.
- Ceiling: Installing T-bar ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, and aluminum ceilings.
- Painting: Applying primer and topcoat both inside and outside.
- Electrical work: Installing a new electrical system.
- Furniture: Procuring and installing furniture for the e-Sport classroom.
This project emphasizes the use of domestically produced materials, requiring that at least 50 percent of the total material value be produced domestically, and that at least 90 percent of the total steel used be produced domestically.
The contractor must submit a plan for the use of domestically produced materials and steel to the university within 60 days after signing the contract.
