ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างพิมพ์แบบพิมพ์เกี่ยวกับงานจ่ายดอกเบี้ยและไถ่ถอนเงินต้นพันธบัตร 4 แบบ ได้แก่ (1) หนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (2) คำขอรับคืนเงินต้นพันธบัตร (3) หนังสือแจ้งกำหนดการไถ่ถอนพันธบัตร (กรณีมีภาระผูกพัน) และ (4) หนังสือแจ้งการนำเงินต้นเข้าบัญชี โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแบบฟอร์ม พิมพ์ข้อมูล พร้อมพับ ปิดผนึกเป็นซอง และจัดส่งให้ผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์ตามช่องทางที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมกระดาษและอุปกรณ์ตามที่ระบุใน TOR, พิมพ์ด้วยระบบเลเซอร์ที่มีความละเอียดสูง, มีแถบกาวสำหรับปิดผนึกซอง, และมีการเจาะปรุตามที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการทดสอบระบบงานก่อนเริ่มพิมพ์จริง และต้องจัดส่งตัวอย่างงานพิมพ์ให้ ธปท. ตรวจสอบก่อนพิมพ์จริงทุกครั้ง ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีศูนย์สำรอง (Backup Site) หรือมีแผนรองรับกรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2568

The Bank of Thailand (BOT) is inviting bids for the printing of four types of forms related to interest payments and bond redemption: (1) Withholding Tax Certificates, (2) Bond Redemption Requests, (3) Notification of Bond Redemption (with obligations), and (4) Notification of Principal Payment to Account. The contractor must prepare the forms, print the data, fold, seal, and deliver the printed materials to the bondholders through the specified channels. The contractor must prepare paper and equipment as specified in the TOR, print using a high-resolution laser system, have adhesive strips for sealing envelopes, and perforate as required. The contractor must test the system before actual printing and submit print samples to the BOT for inspection before each print run. The contractor must have a Backup Site or a contingency plan in case of emergencies. The project duration is from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
