โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา (Solar Rooftop) ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 145 กิโลวัตต์ ที่สถาบันพัฒนาการเด็กราชนครินทร์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานทดแทนในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านสาธารณูปโภค เสริมสร้างความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้า และลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด เช่น แผงเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ โครงสร้างรองรับ เครื่องแปลงกระแสไฟฟ้า (Inverter) Smart Meter และระบบ Real time Energy Monitoring Display รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินโครงการ การออกแบบระบบ การขออนุญาต และการฝึกอบรมบุคลากร
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งระบบ Solar Rooftop และมีเอกสารรับรองครบถ้วน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 210 วัน และมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน

This project involves bidding for the procurement and installation of a rooftop solar power generation system (Solar Rooftop) with a capacity of no less than 145 kilowatts at the Rajanukul Institute for Child Development. The objectives are to promote the use of renewable energy in government agencies, reduce utility costs, enhance energy security, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of all equipment such as solar panels, support structures, inverters, smart meters, and real-time energy monitoring display systems, as well as project planning, system design, permitting, and personnel training.

Bidders must meet legal qualifications, have experience in installing Solar Rooftop systems, and have complete certification documents. The selection will be based on price criteria. The winning bidder must complete the installation within 210 days, with payments divided into 3 installments based on work progress.
