โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและต่อเติมอาคารเรียน 4 ชั้นของโรงเรียนกีฬาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เพื่อให้มีสภาพที่ทันสมัยและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานปูกระเบื้องแกรนิตโต้ขนาด 60x60 ซม., งานติดตั้งผนังยิปซั่มบอร์ด 9 มม. พร้อมฉาบเรียบ, งานทาสีอะครีลิกภายใน, งานผนังกระจกสีชาพร้อมโครงเคร่าอลูมิเนียม, และงานผนังลูกฟูกอลูมิเนียม นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานติดตั้งประตู (D1) จำนวน 3 ชุด และหน้าต่าง (W1, W2, W3) ตามจำนวนและรายละเอียดที่ระบุในแบบแปลน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องตรวจสอบแบบและรายการต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง และวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง
This project involves the renovation and extension of a 4-story school building at Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization Sports School. The main tasks include granite tile flooring, gypsum board wall installation, painting, tinted glass wall installation, and corrugated aluminum wall installation. The project also includes the installation of new doors (D1) and windows (W1, W2, W3) as specified in the blueprints. The contractor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the blueprints and work items and planning the work in accordance with construction standards.
