โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การปรับปรุงระบบกันซึมบนดาดฟ้าและกายภาพภายในอาคารของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ซึ่งรวมถึงอาคารต่างๆ หลายแห่งในวิทยาเขต โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันการรั่วซึมของน้ำและเพิ่มความทนทานของโครงสร้างอาคาร โดยขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการรื้อถอนวัสดุกันซึมเดิม การเตรียมพื้นผิวอย่างละเอียดด้วยการขัดและซ่อมแซมรอยร้าว การติดตั้งระบบกันซึมโพลียูรีเทนสองชั้น (Primer และ Top coat) ที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เช่น ค่าความทนต่อแรงดึง ค่าความยืดตัว และการทนต่อสารเคมี รวมถึงการติดตั้ง MS Sealant และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแบบแปลนและข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคอย่างเคร่งครัด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งตามขั้นตอนที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR และส่งมอบงานที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

This project focuses on the improvement of the roof waterproofing system and the physical environment inside the buildings of Srinakharinwirot University, including several buildings on campus. The project aims to prevent water leaks and increase the durability of the building structure. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing waterproofing materials, thorough surface preparation by grinding and repairing cracks, the installation of a two-layer polyurethane waterproofing system (Primer and Top coat) that meets the specified standards such as tensile strength, elongation, and chemical resistance, including the installation of MS Sealant and other related works according to the blueprints and technical specifications strictly. The contractor must carry out the installation according to the procedures specified in the TOR and deliver quality work according to the specified standards.
