โครงการนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) เพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการทางวิชาการและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับและขยายขอบเขตการให้บริการให้รองรับกลุ่มเปราะบางได้ดียิ่งขึ้น โครงการนี้จะเน้นการพัฒนาฟังก์ชันการแปลงข้อความเป็นเสียง (Text-to-Speech) เพื่อให้ผู้พิการทางสายตาและผู้สูงอายุสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ง่ายขึ้น และพัฒนาฟังก์ชันการป้อนข้อมูลด้วยเสียง (Speech-to-Text) ร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานที่ไม่สะดวกในการพิมพ์ข้อมูลสามารถแจ้งเรื่องหารือหรือกรอกแบบฟอร์มได้อย่างสะดวก โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบคลังความรู้ในรูปแบบ Web Application ที่รองรับการทำงานบนอุปกรณ์หลากหลาย และการจัดอบรมในส่วนภูมิภาคเพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้ระบบและกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบดิจิทัลเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้

This project is organized by the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) to develop academic services and consultations regarding personal data protection laws. The main objectives are to enhance and expand the scope of services to better support vulnerable groups. The project will focus on developing a Text-to-Speech function to enable visually impaired and elderly users to easily access information, and develop a Speech-to-Text function with creative artificial intelligence technology to allow users who have difficulty typing to conveniently submit inquiries or fill out forms. The project also includes the development of a knowledge base system in the form of a Web Application that supports operation on various devices, and training in the regional area to create knowledge and understanding about the use of the system and personal data protection laws. In addition, the contractor must produce digital media for disseminating knowledge.
