โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียในระบบประปาของการประปานครหลวง โดยทำการก่อสร้างวางท่อประปาใหม่และยกเลิกท่อเดิมในซอยนางลิ้นจี่ 4 ถนนนางลิ้นจี่ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการวางท่อ PVC ขนาด ศก.150 มม. ความยาวรวม 1,038 เมตร การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ประกอบท่อ เช่น ประตูน้ำ, ข้อต่อ, และหัวดับเพลิง รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อมาตรวัดน้ำใหม่และยกเลิกท่อเก่า โครงการนี้อยู่ในพื้นที่สำนักงานประปาสาขาสาทร (ZONE A, DMA 05-0208) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด และต้องคำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อการจราจรและประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้น้อยที่สุด การประเมินผลงานจะพิจารณาจากคุณภาพงาน, ความรวดเร็วในการดำเนินการ, และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม

The objective of this project is to reduce water loss in the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority’s water supply system by constructing new pipelines and decommissioning old ones in Soi Nang Linchi 4, Nang Linchi Road. The scope of work includes installing 1,038 meters of PVC pipe (diameter 150 mm), installing pipe fittings such as valves, joints, and fire hydrants, connecting new water meters, and decommissioning old pipes. This project is located in the Sathon branch office area (ZONE A, DMA 05-0208). The contractor must work according to the specified plans and minimize the impact on traffic and the public in the area. Performance evaluation will consider work quality, speed of execution, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The main goal of the project is to improve the efficiency of the water supply system, reduce leaks, and increase water pressure in the service area. Construction operations must comply with Metropolitan Waterworks Authority standards and relevant laws.
