โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างตัดเย็บเครื่องแต่งกายชุดช่าง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ ของกรมยุทธบริการทหาร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ช่างในสังกัดมีเครื่องแต่งกายที่ถูกต้องตามขนาดร่างกาย และเกิดความสง่างามเหมาะสมกับความเป็นทหาร โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตัดเย็บเครื่องแต่งกายชุดช่างตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะและแบบรูปที่กำหนด

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการวัดตัวช่าง ณ สถานที่ที่ทางราชการกำหนด และส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมด ณ กองคลัง กรมยุทธบริการทหาร กรุงเทพมหานคร ภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวมต่ำสุด

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง หากเป็นผู้ประกอบการ SMEs จะต้องแสดงหลักฐานการขึ้นทะเบียนด้วย

This project involves hiring a contractor to tailor work uniforms for technicians under the Department of Military Support Services for the fiscal year 2025. The objective is to provide technicians with properly fitted uniforms that are appropriate and dignified. The contractor is required to tailor the work suits according to the specifications and designs provided, take measurements of the technicians at a designated location, and deliver all items to the warehouse of the Department of Military Support Services in Bangkok within 90 days from the contract signing date. Bidders must meet legal qualifications and not have conflicts of interest with other bidders. Registration in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) is also required. SMEs must provide registration documents.
