บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (ทอท.) ประกาศจัดจ้างเอกชนสำหรับปฏิบัติการและซ่อมบำรุงรักษาระบบลำเลียงกระเป๋าสัมภาระภายในอาคารผู้โดยสารหลัก (Main Terminal Building : MTB) และระบบลำเลียงกระเป๋าสัมภาระเปลี่ยนเที่ยวบิน ภายในอาคารปฏิบัติการกระเป๋าสัมภาระเปลี่ยนเที่ยวบิน (Transfer Baggage Terminal : TBT) ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ (ทสภ.) เป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี นับจากวันที่ ทอท. มีหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติงานตามคู่มือ Operation and Maintenance, SOP ของฝ่ายระบบลำเลียงกระเป๋า ทสภ., แผนเผชิญเหตุ รวมถึงปฏิบัติตามมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย กฎระเบียบ และวิธีปฏิบัติของ ทสภ. และนโยบายความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของ ทอท. อย่างเคร่งครัด ผู้รับจ้างต้องได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรฐานการจัดการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ISO 45001 ภายใน 150 วันนับจากวันเริ่มงานตามสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการปฏิบัติการ (Operation) และการบำรุงรักษา (Maintenance) ระบบลำเลียงกระเป๋าสัมภาระภายในอาคาร MTB และ TBT รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนการทำงานประจำเดือนและประจำวัน การจัดหาและติดตั้งวิทยุสื่อสาร และการจัดเตรียมพนักงานให้มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการต่างๆ เช่น ค่าอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ค่าสาธารณูปโภค และค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจสอบประวัติพนักงาน

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) announces a tender for the operation and maintenance of the baggage handling system within the Main Terminal Building (MTB) and the Transfer Baggage Terminal (TBT) at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) for a period of 4 years. The contractor must perform work according to operation and maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP) and contingency plans, as well as comply with safety measures, regulations, and practices of AOT, including the information technology and communications security policy. The contractor must obtain ISO 45001 certification within 150 days from the start of the contract.
The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of the baggage handling system within the MTB and TBT, including the preparation of monthly and daily work plans, the procurement and installation of communication radios, and the provision of qualified personnel as specified. In addition, the contractor is responsible for various operating costs, such as office equipment, utilities, and employee background check fees.
