โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงอาคารสงเคราะห์ข้าราชการและลูกจ้างประจำของกรุงเทพมหานคร อาคารสงเคราะห์หลักสี่ (เขตหลักสี่) ซึ่งมีสภาพทรุดโทรมเนื่องจากมีอายุการใช้งานยาวนานกว่า 20 ปี การปรับปรุงจะครอบคลุมงานหลายด้าน ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนระบบท่อสุขาภิบาลและท่อประปาจากท่อเหล็กเป็นวัสดุที่ทันสมัยกว่า การปรับปรุงวงกบประตูหน้าต่าง สุขภัณฑ์ พื้น ผนัง และหลังคา การปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัยให้มีความปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการปรับปรุงถนนและระบบรางระบายน้ำโดยรอบอาคาร

ขอบเขตงานยังรวมถึงการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคารเพื่อให้มีความสวยงามและน่าอยู่อาศัย การดำเนินงานทั้งหมดจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิชาชีพและข้อกำหนดของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยและไม่ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการและลูกจ้าง ตลอดจนผู้ที่มาติดต่อราชการและการใช้บริการอาคาร

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องศึกษาปัญหาและสภาพแวดล้อมในบริเวณก่อสร้างอย่างละเอียดเพื่อให้การปรับปรุงเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน

The main objective of this project is to renovate the housing for civil servants and employees of Bangkok, Laksi Housing (Laksi District), which has deteriorated due to being in service for over 20 years. The renovation will cover many aspects, including replacing the plumbing and sanitary systems from steel pipes to more modern materials, improving door and window frames, sanitary ware, floors, walls, and roofs. Upgrading the electrical and fire protection systems to be safer, as well as improving the roads and drainage systems around the building.

The scope of work also includes improving the landscape around the building to make it more beautiful and livable. All operations must comply with professional standards and Bangkok’s regulations, taking into account safety and not affecting the operations of civil servants and employees, as well as those who come to contact government services and use the building.

The contractor must carefully study the problems and environment in the construction area to ensure that the renovation is efficient and meets the needs of the users.
