โรงพยาบาลกันทรารมย์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างเหมาบริการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม (Hemodialysis) จำนวน 7,071 รอบ สำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคไตวายเรื้อรัง โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ระยะเวลาสัญญา 12 เดือน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บริการฟอกเลือดแก่ผู้ป่วยโรคไตวายเรื้อรังในพื้นที่อำเภอกันทรารมย์และอำเภอใกล้เคียง ซึ่งมีจำนวนเพิ่มมากขึ้น เพื่อลดระยะเวลารอคอยและลดความจำเป็นในการส่งตัวผู้ป่วยไปรับบริการที่สถานพยาบาลอื่น ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องไตเทียม อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง, ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย, ระบบน้ำบริสุทธิ์ (RO), และบุคลากรที่ได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ เช่น ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟฟ้า ค่าตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ และค่ากำจัดขยะติดเชื้อ ผู้ป่วยจะได้รับการรักษาด้วยการฟอกเลือด ซึ่งเป็นการกรองของเสียออกจากเลือดโดยใช้เครื่องไตเทียม และต้องทำอย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละ 2-3 ครั้ง ครั้งละประมาณ 4 ชั่วโมง

Kanthararom Hospital in Sisaket Province is seeking to outsource hemodialysis services for 7,071 rounds for patients with chronic kidney disease through an e-bidding process. The contract duration is 12 months. The project aims to provide hemodialysis services to patients with chronic kidney disease in Kanthararom district and nearby areas, which are increasing in number, in order to reduce waiting times and the need to refer patients to other healthcare facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing hemodialysis machines, related medical equipment, a wastewater treatment system, a reverse osmosis (RO) water purification system, and qualified personnel as specified. They will also be responsible for expenses related to the service, such as water and electricity bills, laboratory test fees, and infectious waste disposal fees. Patients will receive hemodialysis treatment, which filters waste from the blood using a hemodialysis machine, and must be performed at least 2-3 times a week, for approximately 4 hours each time.
