โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องเอกซเรย์ทั่วไปชนิดแขวนเพดานที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง เพื่อรองรับการวินิจฉัยโรคและการรักษาผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาลท่าวุ้ง จังหวัดลพบุรี ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหา ติดตั้ง และทดสอบการใช้งานเครื่องเอกซเรย์ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า ๔๐ กิโลวัตต์ (kW) ๕๐๐ มิลลิแอมแปร์ (mA) ที่สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับเตียงเอกซเรย์และชุดถ่ายภาพท่ายืนได้ เครื่องเอกซเรย์ต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR เช่น สามารถปรับค่า KVp, mAs และเวลาในการถ่ายภาพได้หลากหลาย รวมถึงมีระบบ Program ในการถ่ายภาพ (Anatomical Programmed Radiography) ที่สามารถตั้งค่าได้ไม่น้อยกว่า ๑,๒๘๐ ค่า ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ประกอบ เช่น ชุดตะกั่วกันรังสี และเครื่องลดทอนป้องกันไฟกระชากและสัญญาณรบกวน พร้อมทั้งรับประกันคุณภาพเครื่องเป็นระยะเวลา ๓ ปี
This project involves the procurement of a general-purpose ceiling-mounted X-ray machine with a minimum power of 40 kW and 500 mA for Thawung Hospital, Lopburi Province. The equipment must be compatible with X-ray beds and vertical wall stands, enabling imaging of all body parts. It includes an X-ray generator, X-ray tube, overhead tube support, X-ray table, and vertical wall stand. The project aims to enhance diagnostic and treatment capabilities at the hospital. The scope of work includes supply, installation, and testing of the X-ray machine. The supplier must provide accessories such as radiation shielding and surge protection devices, and guarantee the machine’s quality for 3 years.
