โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) ในระดับนานาชาติ ผ่านการผลิตและเผยแพร่เนื้อหาสื่อสารออนไลน์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โครงการนี้ต้องการเนื้อหาที่หลากหลายและน่าสนใจ เช่น บทความเชิงลึก วิดีโอข่าวสาร และภาพถ่ายที่สะท้อนประเด็นความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกแบบและจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย รวมถึงออกแบบตัวละครและกราฟิกที่สื่อถึงอัตลักษณ์ขององค์กร นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในพื้นที่เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลและนำมาพัฒนาเป็นเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจ

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR รวมถึงต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการจัดทำเนื้อหาสื่อสารออนไลน์ในรูปแบบภาษาอังกฤษให้กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน โดยมีมูลค่าของผลงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1,500,000 บาทต่องาน 1 โครงการ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามที่กำหนดใน TOR ตามวงเงินงบประมาณของโครงการ งบประมาณโครงการ 3,500,000 บาท แบ่งการจ่ายเป็น 3 งวดตามผลงานที่ส่งมอบ

This project aims to enhance the international awareness and image of the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) by producing and disseminating online communication materials in English. The selected contractor will be responsible for creating diverse and engaging content, including in-depth articles, video news, and photographs, to be published across various online platforms. The contractor must design and implement a communication strategy tailored to the target audience, as well as develop character designs and graphics that represent the organization’s identity. In addition, the contractor is required to participate in on-site activities to gather information and create compelling content.

Bidders must meet all legal requirements and comply with the disqualifications outlined in the TOR. They must also have relevant experience in creating online communication materials in English for governmental or private sector organizations, with a project value of not less than 1,500,000 baht per project. Bidders must have a net worth or registered capital as specified in the TOR, commensurate with the project budget of 3,500,000 baht. Payment will be made in three installments based on the deliverables.
