โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อวัสดุเพื่อซ่อมแซมและปรับปรุงอาคารภายในของศูนย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (ศศช.) จำนวน 18 แห่งในอำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการปรับปรุงอาคารเหล่านี้ให้มีความพร้อมในการให้บริการทางการศึกษาแก่ประชาชน ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาข้อเสนอจะใช้วิธีการประเมินราคา โดยมีงบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 1,260,000 บาท การชำระเงินจะเป็นงวดเดียวเมื่อตรวจรับพัสดุถูกต้องครบถ้วน

The project is to procure materials for repairing and renovating buildings within the Non-Formal Education Centers (NFEC) in Chiang Dao district, Chiang Mai province. The objective is to improve the 18 NFECs to be ready to provide educational services to the public. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, not have conflicts of interest, and register in the e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system. The successful bidder must deliver the materials within 60 days from the contract signing date. Bids will be evaluated based on price, with a total budget of 1,260,000 baht. Payment will be made in a single installment upon complete and correct inspection of the materials.
