โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารบังคับน้ำและขุดลอกลำห้วยเอียดในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เพื่อเป็นแหล่งน้ำต้นทุนสำหรับทำการเกษตร และสนับสนุนการอุปโภคบริโภคของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการก่อสร้างอาคารบังคับน้ำ และงานขุดลอกลำห้วย โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการแก้ไขปัญหาแหล่งน้ำตื้นเขินและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการกักเก็บน้ำในช่วงฤดูแล้ง ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จตามแบบและข้อกำหนดของกรมชลประทาน รวมถึงการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยและผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การส่งมอบงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงาน

The scope of work includes constructing the water control structure and dredging the canal. The project focuses on addressing the issue of shallow water sources and improving water storage capacity during the dry season. The contractor must complete the construction according to the designs and specifications of the Royal Irrigation Department, including managing safety and environmental impacts. The work must be delivered within the specified timeframe, and there is a warranty for defects in the work.
