โครงการก่อสร้างบ้านพักข้าราชการ ระดับชำนาญงาน/ปฏิบัติการ/อาวุโส/ชำนาญการ ของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เป็นอาคาร 2 ชั้น ประกอบด้วย ที่จอดรถ, ห้องนั่งเล่น, ส่วนรับประทานอาหาร, ส่วนครัว, ห้องน้ำ, และส่วนซักล้างที่ชั้นล่าง ชั้นบนมี 2 ห้องนอน และห้องน้ำอีก 1 ห้อง ตัวอาคารออกแบบตามมาตรฐานของกองแบบแผน กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (แบบเลขที่ 11057) วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ต้องมีคุณภาพดี ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิต การก่อสร้างต้องดำเนินการโดยช่างฝีมือที่มีความชำนาญ งานโครงสร้างหลักเป็นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก หลังคาใช้ไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์ ผนังก่ออิฐ มีทั้งผนังก่ออิฐมวลเบาและผนังก่ออิฐมอญ พื้นห้องน้ำเป็นกระเบื้องเซรามิกชนิดผิวด้านกันลื่น มีการติดตั้งฉนวนกันความร้อนใต้หลังคา รายละเอียดอื่นๆ เช่น ประตู หน้าต่าง สุขภัณฑ์ และระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา ให้เป็นไปตามแบบขยายและรายการประกอบแบบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องเสนอตัวอย่างวัสดุให้คณะกรรมการตรวจการจ้างพิจารณาก่อนดำเนินการ เน้นย้ำเรื่องการเตรียมพื้นผิว การทาสี และการติดตั้งวัสดุกันซึมบนพื้นดาดฟ้าและรางน้ำ

This project involves the construction of a two-story residential building for government officials (skill level: specialized/operational/senior/expert) under the Ministry of Public Health. The ground floor includes a parking area, living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The building is designed according to the standards of the Bureau of Design, Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health (Design No. 11057). All materials used must be of good quality, meet TIS standards, and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications. Construction must be carried out by skilled craftsmen. The main structure is reinforced concrete. The roof uses fiber cement. The walls are brick, with both lightweight concrete blocks and clay bricks. The bathroom floor is non-slip ceramic tiles. Insulation is installed under the roof. Other details, such as doors, windows, sanitary ware, and electrical and plumbing systems, are to be in accordance with the detailed drawings and specifications. The contractor must submit material samples to the inspection committee for approval before proceeding. Emphasis is placed on surface preparation, painting, and the installation of waterproofing materials on the roof deck and gutters.
